無承載面嵌件螺母NB系列(No Bearing Surface Inserts),從材質上分為NBB(Brass銅嵌件),NBC(Carbon steel碳鋼嵌件),NBS(Stainless steel不銹鋼嵌件)
無承載面螺母是相對于常規嵌件螺母而言的。常規嵌件螺母(如GB809)在螺釘鎖緊過程中,被連接零件的孔需接觸螺母端面使得螺母本身(而不是塑料)承載負荷,SHK、BTH等帶法蘭面嵌件螺母加大了頭徑更是為了分布承載負荷,而NB型螺母特意減小了螺母的端面直徑,在鎖緊過程中無需承載面,故稱之為無承載面螺母或非承載面螺母。
NB型螺母外徑較常規格螺母大,長度選型也較常規螺母長,是一種高強度拉拔力的嵌件,其扭出力(在螺栓擰到底的情況下)甚至大幅超過12.9級螺栓本身的安全擰緊力。同時NB型螺母注塑成型后(因端面直徑小)塑膠平面簡約美觀。
1,自動化安裝。NB型嵌件兩端臺階利于機械手臂抓取,配合振動盤自動化將嵌件插入模具頂針,省去人工喂料,從而提高作業效率。
2,允許無承載面。在常規嵌件的鎖緊方式中,被鎖緊件孔徑應略大于螺釘直徑且小于螺母端面直徑,使得螺母本身承載螺釘擰緊產生的載荷,這是默認的安全鎖緊方式。而如果被鎖件孔徑大于螺母端面直徑,則螺釘鎖緊產生的載荷由嵌件與塑膠孔的結合力承擔,這增加了嵌件脫出的風險,如下圖所示
采用NB型螺母,其高強度的拉拔力性能,允許被鎖件孔徑不作嚴格要求,如下圖所示:
可見,在被鎖件孔徑較大的條件下,甚至無被鎖件而是直接螺桿擰入的條件下,NB型嵌件是不錯的解決方案。螺紋*牙距 | 型號 | 螺紋 代號 |
